We invest predominantly in growth stage consumer brands and media platforms with specific interest in the following verticals: food and beverage, beauty and personal care, specialty retail, ecommerce, social and digital, creative, marketing consultancy, marketing technology, content production and development, digital comms.

We invest in private companies that have demonstrated proof of concept and generate $1-$50M in annual revenue. Target companies are high growth businesses with significant market traction and an identified pathway to profitability.

We invest at the venture and growth stage and typically participate in the first institutional round of investment in Seed, Series A or B financings.

Average initial investment ranges from $250k to $5M with additional capital reserved for follow on investment.

We tailor each investment to suit our partner’s needs. Common financing structures include:

1. Media or marketing services in exchange for equity.

2. Media or marketing financing through product exchange via our commercial trading operations.

3. Cash investment for equity.
