Marc is CEO of The Miroma Group, Miroma Ventures and Reach4Entertainment. Marc began his career in marketing with the Goldsmith family, creating and selling events such as World Wrestling Federation, Net Aid, Smash Hits & Route of Kings. His first business venture started in 2000, setting up tourist information channel, City Tour TV. The concept can now be found in various airlines, black taxis and hotels in the UK. In 2003, Marc launched Miroma Outcomes, now one of the world’s leading media and financial services companies. Miroma Outcomes’s growth trajectory was recognized in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 report on UK businesses for four years in a row between 2008 and 2011. Marc has diversified activities under The Miroma Group umbrella to establish a collective of marketing and communications agencies to better services the Group’s client base. Outside of The Miroma Group, Marc has built out the Miroma Ventures portfolio, focusing on media, technology and consumer investments. Marc is a dedicated supporter of the Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity, sitting on its Executive Board.

Will Schmitt is an active investor and advisor in the consumer industry with experience in transaction oriented roles across private equity, investment banking and corporate finance. Most recently at Natureza, Will led investments in OROS, Yellowbird and Cleancult. In 2017 Will co-founded Trail Post Ventures, a growth equity firm specializing in early stage consumer investments, including Nutpods, Naadam, Rumpl and Juneshine. Prior to TPV, Will was a Principal at Beechwood Capital, a consumer growth equity firm, where he was actively involved in sourcing, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities including Banza, Once Upon a Farm, Foodstirs, Revive Kombucha as well as management of portfolio companies including Tatcha and WTRMLN WTR. Will began his career in the consumer investment banking group of William Blair and Raymond James.

After receiving his BA from Duke University and JD from Loyola Law, Matthew entered the startup world serving as the head of US talent for Komi. After supporting Komi through two successful venture financings and product launch, Matthew joined Miroma as VP of Business Development. Matthew’s extensive knowledge of the entertainment and media sector as well as prior work experience at William Morris Endeavor, Irell & Manella, and Colony Capital gives him a unique perspective on tech investing.

Matthew also serves as an advisor to Sheryl Lowe Designs and Proximity music, where he is able to leverage these same skills to help both skilled and emerging entrepreneurs succeed within the media world. Matthew currently holds an active license with the California State Bar.

After a highly successful period at the helm of Hilton International, Sir David Michels was responsible for leading the sale of the group to HHC for £4 billion. Sir David served as Chief Executive of Stakis PLC where he oversaw the company’s sale to Ladbrokes PLC for £1.2 billion. As well as helping secure the resurgence of Marks & Spencer as Deputy Chairman, Sir David is also Chairman of London & Capital and President of the British Hospitality Association. He has also been a Director of Arcadia Plc, British Land Plc, Paramount Restaurants and RAB Capital.

Kelly is a global senior executive who consistently builds brands and revenue growth through marketing, retail and experience-led initiatives while driving change through organizations of all sizes. Kelly is a passionate team and people leader, having managed teams of hundreds a variety of positions. In her previous role, Kelly served as a guide for the LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) maisons in all aspects of brand awareness initiatives, ensuring that the most modern storytelling mechanisms were deployed around the world. She directed a global team supporting digital brand strategy, consumer journeys, pilots, and creative.

Justin Stefano co-founded Refinery29 with Philippe von Borries from a kitchen in Brooklyn in 2005 to help people discover and define their personal style by connecting and refining the world of style. As co-CEO, Justin leads the company’s revenue, finance and business development functions and has helped drive the innovation behind the marketing solutions platform for brands to tell their story that has led to Refinery29’s hockey stick revenue growth. Before Refinery29, Justin worked for the New York City Government investigating complaints of police misconduct. He is a graduate of New York University where he studied philosophy and politics.

Lord Michael Ian Grade of Yarmouth was awarded a CBE in 1998 for his significant achievements in broadcasting and has over 40 years’ experience in the entertainment industry. He was formerly Chairman of the BBC, Executive Chairman of ITV plc, Chief Executive of Channel 4, and he has held positions on the boards of a number of public companies, including Pinewood Group plc. Lord Grade is currently a director of Gate Ventures plc, a substantial shareholder in r4e. He is also a co-founder of The Gradelinnit Company Ltd , a prominent theatrical production company.
